PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
January, 1988 to present: Wiggins & Masson, LLP: Partner. General
civil practice representing individual, professional, and corporate clients in all areas,
including commercial and residential real estate law, negligence/personal injury law,
commercial law, domestic relations law, trusts and estate planning, elder law, employment
law, and civil rights law. Litigation in state and federal trial and appellate courts and
administrative agencies. Trained and certified to act as counsel for incapacitated persons
and as court evaluator under Article 81 of the Mental Hygiene Law. Examination of real
estate titles and Examining Counsel for Ticor Title Insurance Corp., closing counsel for
several mortgage companies. Current emphases are in the areas of elder law, parks and
playground injuries, real estate, small businesses, civil litigation, and family law.
